Data Analyst - customer trends (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on retention. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
