Data Analyst - customer trends (Chicago, IL)

Redstone Corner Medical Group is a Chicago company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
