Data Analyst - customer trends (Charlotte, NC)

Cedar Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
