Data Analyst - customer trends (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
