Data Analyst - customer trends (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Cedar Foods is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
