Data Analyst - customer trends (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Charlotte presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
