Data Analyst - customer trends (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Umber Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Charlotte focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
