Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Meridian Legal Group is a law firm in Charleston serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
