Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Beacon Staffing is a Charleston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
