Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Juniper Banking Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on deposit accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
