Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
