Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Westbrook Nest Medical is a Charleston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
