Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Bright Kestrel Auto Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on parts orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
