Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Wilder Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Charleston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
