Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Charleston with a full calendar of events, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
