Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
