Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ember Manufacturing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate trends in production lines and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
