Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Foods and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
