Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Orchard Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Charleston. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in equipment calibration and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
