Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Summit Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charleston area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
