Data Analyst - customer trends (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Ivory Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Buffalo with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 340 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
