Data Analyst - customer trends (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Buffalo, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
