Data Analyst - customer trends (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Ivory Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis.
