Data Analyst - customer trends (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Buffalo. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
