Data Analyst - customer trends (Buffalo, NY)

Amberfield Cobalt Community Partners runs community programmes across Buffalo. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on food distribution. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
