Data Analyst - customer trends (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Summit Thistle Pharma Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
