Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Glen Legal Group provides legal services in Boston across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines.
