Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Boston. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on release testing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
