Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Stone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Boston, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
