Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Corner Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
