Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

Cedar Junction Insurance Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Boston. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
