Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

Redstone Amber Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
