Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood River Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
