Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

Lumen Stone Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food costs.
