Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Clear Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Boise. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
