Data Analyst - customer trends (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Boise area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
