Data Analyst - customer trends (Birmingham, AL)

Silverline Birch Farms is an agricultural business based around Birmingham. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
