Data Analyst - customer trends (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Vista Community Partners is a Birmingham charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
