Data Analyst - customer trends (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Ivory Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Birmingham focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 808 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
