Data Analyst - customer trends (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners is a Baltimore charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on donor records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
