Data Analyst - customer trends (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Drift Facilities looks after properties across the Baltimore region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Bilingual teams are common. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer sites. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
