Data Analyst - customer trends (Austin, TX)

Bright Drift Inspection Services is an inspection company in Austin with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Investigate trends in field inspections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
