Data Analyst - customer trends (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Pharma Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on quality documentation. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
