Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Atlanta, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
