Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge West Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Atlanta, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 530 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
