Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cobalt Insurance and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in claims and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
