Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Atlanta serving students and families, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
