Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Atlanta with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
