Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Union Foods is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
