Data Analyst - customer trends (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Ashton Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Atlanta area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
